Behavioural Analysis skills involve learning, practising and applying fine-tuned observation skills in the accurate ‘reading ‘of people and contexts. It helps in the elicitation of information from people in a wide variety of situations. The training focuses on five main channels: facial expressions, verbal content and language, body language, verbal style vocal tone.

One particular application of growing relevance and interest among our clients is to apply these skills to assess credibility and truthfulness.
